Once upon a time a small group of talented artists got together and decided to open a sweet little fine art gallery in downtown Kirkland. Thus, in 1991 Parklane Gallery was born, and featured on its walls were distinctive traditional and contemporary works of art created by Northwest artists.
As years went by, other Kirkland galleries came and went, and because life changes as we all now know, some Parklane Gallery artist members also came and went. But thanks to those of you who love our art, our sweet little gallery is still here with our band of artist members still intact.
Next month we will be celebrating our 29th birthday as an artist-owned cooperative gallery that includes painting, photography, sculpture, glasswork and jewelry created by our 40 gallery members.
There have been many changes in those 29 years, and the opportunities created by technology in recent years encouraged us to open a vibrant online store filled with fantastic art for you to experience.
We remain committed to providing fine art for every space, so if you are near the gallery, peek in at our window displays, and from home or phone you can visit us online. We look forward to seeing you in person someday soon in our sweet little gallery. Until then, take care and stay safe.
