Returns and Refunds
We want all of our customers to be 100% delighted with their new artwork! However, we understand that sometimes you purchase something that doesn’t quite meet your expectations, or isn’t a great fit for your home, For those times, we offer a limited return policy so you can be confident when you make your purchase.
For health reasons, pierced earrings are non-refundable.
To return art purchased online, please contact us at email@example.com. Describe the reason for your return and include your phone number, and someone will contact you within 3 days to make arrangements.
Our return policy
* You must contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your art if you want to make a return. If 3 days have passed since your art was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
* You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you cannot afford to pay for shipping before you get your refund, you can make arrangements when you contact us, and we can deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive back to us in the same condition that you received it, so package the artwork carefully and consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
